Take your blood pressure regularly to learn how you feel when your pressure is higher than normal, you will then know when it is high without even taking your pressure and learn how to lower it naturally.
Keep your insides healthy and exercised by doing Kegel Exercises 3-4 times a week and climaxing 1-2 times a week.
Do not wait until you are 80 like me to strengthen your core muscles, the sooner the better.
Suck in your chest and pull your shoulders back every day to improve your posture.
Dieting is very difficult if you are overweight because most likely you will need to cut back heavily on your comfort foods, unfortunately exercise alone is not sufficient. This is when you must use your mind to take charge and be convinced that for your health’s sake you need to change.
Hard work is good, very good for your health. A garden is excellent because it requires digging, planting, etc. and it engages your mind as well as your body, or making things in a wood shop is also very satisfying. Sports are excellent because they do not seem like work, my cousin is retired and still plays ice hockey 2 times a week.
Weigh yourself 3 times a week to find your relationship between what you eat and how you exercise.
