When you are reading articles on Health, Exercise, Diet, etc. it can be very helpful or very confusing, often the latter. One can read through an article and think, that’s a great idea, you continue reading then stop suddenly and think, what was that great idea and where did I read it? These tips are a collection of ideas I have put into practice and have helped me in my quest for better health.
12 hours fasting 2 times a week gives your body time to repair itself. (Try not eating after 8pm or before 8am)
Drink a full glass of not from concentrate fruit juice a day (I like grapefruit)
Drink a Protein drink with 8oz of milk 4 times a week to help with you exercise routine.
Drinking tea (black & green) is healthier than coffee and soda.
Eat fish at least 3 days a week, I try for 5.
Greek Yogurt as a snack helps adding protein.

Don’t save your best things for best, enjoy them now, clothes, china, antiques, on every type of days, they let happiness in.
Park your car away from the store and walk the extra steps briskly. Carry your bags back to the car.
In the store, don’t go the shortest route between your purchases, take a basket rather than a cart and walk like you mean it.
