Mindfullness & Assistance

Wellness through the Mind

I was born and currently live in Mexico. My first professional career is in Computer Science, with a Master Degree in Science in Engineering specialist on Telecommunications. My second professional career is in health, with a Master Degree plus a PhD in Clinical Hypnosis.

My Story

In this painting the “I” represents you the viewer, you can see that your life’s blood runs into the unknown.  All the other colors and shapes represent what can be our goals, dreams and aspirations. The only thing separating us from everything is our mind.

I always loved hypnosis, I started hypnotizing a friend of mine when I was 14 years old, back in 1990; unfortunately there was no much education about it at that time, it was until 2019 when I had my first formal one-year training in Clinical Hypnosis and I got surprised with the amazing results I was getting as a therapist so right after that I continued studying my master degree and my PhD.

Over six years, I’ve been helping people on mental and physical diseases such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, low self-confidence, phobias, different type of addictions, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), low sexual libido, cancer, arthritis, chronic pain, obesity, hypothyroidism, diabetes, migraine, acne, colitis, gastritis, etc.

Keep in mind that mental health is just as important as physical health. In fact, 85% of physical diseases stem from emotional issues or conflicts, which we call psychosomatic diseases.

Let me know if I can help you with any problem or disease you're facing.

The Mindfullness & Assistance  Program is designed to support individuals in their journey to better health through mindful workshops.

Our Minds

“Why can’t you make up your mind?”  We hear this many times and it frustrates us when the person doesn’t make up their mind.

The average adult makes 35,000 remotely conscious decisions in a day.  Our minds control our every move.  We may not be the smartest, or brightest but our mind has kept us alive and going as many years, we have been alive.

The BIG thing is you can make up your mind to do amazing things, but you must choose to make up your mind or nothing changes.

In fact, our mind extends way past our physical selves.  We can imagine ourselves in any circumstance we choose outside of our immediate time and place.  Our mind is not just our perception of experiences, but the experiences themselves.  Siegel argues that it’s impossible to completely disentangle our subjective view of the world from our interactions.

There are now 8 billion minds, supposing “great minds think alike” the saying goes, but we are all different and unique.  Our differences trip us up and we do not understand one another or tolerate one another.  This is very unfortunate since we all have a right to be here. For example, in the USA 2% of babies are born with red hair!  Slightly less than that number, about 1½% of babies the doctor cannot tell if the baby is a boy or a girl.

When I was a boy in Sunday School we used to sing “Red and yellow, black and white all are equal in his sight”.  This is the truth, it is our prejudices that keep us apart, and our prejudices are just decisions that we formulated in our own mind.

In order for you to achieve your healthy goals Rafael is on our team to help.

Loosing Memory - Gaining Memory

Grandma & 11-year-old grandson on Grandma's 90th birthday.  Grandma has dementia and does not know or understand that this is her grandson, Grandma knows she is loved, a hug tells her so.  As we age, we pray this does not happen to us.  However, with some recommended lifestyle changes we still can reduce and delay the chances.
